All products are warranted for one year from the
invoiced purchase date. Warranty covers parts for one
year. Warranty does not cover any
items that have been mishandled or damaged. Shipping
cost and insurance for warranty service items are buyers
responsibility.
If the item is damaged on shipping, the customer should
place a claim with the shipping company and wait for
their resolution. We don't give refunds or ship
replacement until the shipping company pays for the
insurance. All items are shipped insured.
The product can be returned for a refund only for a 15
days period from the invoiced purchase date. All
return for refund will be charged with 15% restocking
fee and buyer is responsible for shipping back.
