This is a short note to thank you for your great product and service. I ordered a LWB recumbent and it arrived the very next day! I was very impressed with the quality of both the frame and the components of this bicycle. An afternoon spent assembling and adjusting this recumbent bike saved me hundreds of dollars.

However, I would recommend to a potential customer that unless you are comfortable with the mechanics of assembly and adjustment and have the proper equipment, you let the LBS unpack and assemble it. A poorly assembled and adjusted bicycle is difficult to ride and might be dangerous under the wrong conditions.
